THE HIGH PLACES OF WELLS CATHEDRAL.

Wells is defined by the Cathedral; a vast stone carving built to enshrine an everlasting cycle of sung and recited Prayer.

It also serves as a place of joyous celebration and welcome but essentially it is a place of retreat, where ordinary people may come to be quiet. And, within this place of retreat and quiet, is a secret and further removed world in the spaces of the roof.
